Exchange & Return Policy

All of our customers are given a complete "no hassle" assurance. Our return and exchange procedures are quite lenient and welcoming to customers. We work to accommodate our customers and accept replacements under the following conditions.

  • The wrong goods was shipped
  • If a manufacturing flaw is found in the product at the time of delivery
  • If the product received is damaged

In all of the mentioned situations, you must get in touch with us by email at customercare@Interiormantras.com within 48 hours of receiving the products to inform us of any damage and provide pictures of the item you received. We'll arrange for the product to be picked up for return. The article will go through a quality check after being returned, to make sure the issue is with us and not with usage or abuse of the goods outside our control. An exchange or refund will be conducted if the returned item successfully passes the quality inspection. Product must be in its original packaging.

Improper Item, Damaged Item, Inappropriate Size, or Incomplete Item:

In case of incomplete product missing in delivery ,missing pieces will be given following verification from our end.

Since every product goes through a specific quality control process, we make sure that only the best quality reaches our consumers. Please be aware that there can be a little variance in how these ornamental products look and are finished. The website's colours are as close as they can be to the product's actual colour. the colours may differ slightly depending on your display screen.

You have two days after delivery to return or exchange your order if you're still unsatisfied. kindly mail us within 48 hrs the necessary information. After 48 hours, no cancellations or exchanges will be accepted. We'll arrange for the product to be picked up for return.

If u received Damaged Article , kindly report us within 48 hrs and share us two photographs of the article (one of the damaged part and one of the full product) Take note of the following: We will need the original packing with any foam and padding inside for the safe return travel of the product, even if it is broken, damaged, or defective. # Items must be brand-new and in their original packaging. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please contact us before the shipment leaves our warehouse. We will be pleased to help. No cancellations after the product is released for delivery Order for Custom Product In contrast to the other products on the internet, custom products are those that are made at your request. Such product orders will not be eligible for COD. Such orders are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable. Only when they are incorrect or damaged can they be replaced.
